Writer’s Workshop with Ann Hood
November 3 - November 17
Ann Hood’s Writing Workshop offers the rare opportunity for a small group of writers to immerse themselves in their craft while experiencing the culture, history, and amazing food of Spannocchia. Throughout the week, writers attend 50-page manuscript workshop groups, lead in 2016 by Stewart O’Nan and Bill Roorbach. Ann Hood herself teaches an additional full length manuscript workshop, and another faculty member is always available for private, arranged MS consultations. At night we enjoy craft talks and other presentations from our distinguished faculty. Previous faculty members include Laura Lippman, Michael Ruhlman, Rand Richards Cooper, Helen Schulman, Jane Hamilton, and Anne Leclaire.
This year’s workshop will be held twice, from November 3rd – November 10th and again from November 10th – November 17th. Participants electing to stay for both weeks will find an additional, revision-focused component in the second week.
