Please submit the following registration form and program payment for the Harvard e143 2023 trip from May 1-8, 2023. Each student must complete a registration form by January 10, 2023 to be confirmed in the class.

Program Information & Payment

ROOMING & PRICING INFORMATION: Accommodations will be double rooms, shared with another student from the class. The program fee is €850, paid in USD based on the current exchange rate. In addition, all participants are required to become members of Friends of Spannocchia at the $30 student rate (tax-deductible donation).
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Full payment is due at registration. Please note that $250 (plus the $30 membership donation) is non-refundable at any time. Before 45 days in advance of trip, the remaining balance is refundable, less credit card processing fees. Within 45 days of the trip, all fees is non-refundable. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
