Harvard e143 2024 Program Registration

Please submit the following registration form and program payment for the Harvard e143 2024 trip from May 5-12, 2024. This form is for registering two people in a shared room (with queen bed).

Program Information & Payment

ROOMING & PRICING INFORMATION: Accommodations will be a double room shared by the two participants. The program fee is €925 per person, paid in USD based on the current exchange rate. In addition, all participants are required to become members of Friends of Spannocchia: $100 family membership rate (tax-deductible donation).
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Full payment is due at registration. Please note that $150 per person is non-refundable at any time after registration. Before 45 days in advance of trip, the remaining balance is refundable. Within 45 days of the trip, all fees are non-refundable. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.

This is the price for Jay to pay in full, with Jen's fee comped for her TA role. Please note: $150 of this fee is non-refundable at any time. By completing this registration page and payment, you acknowledge this.
This membership is a tax-deductible donation to Friends of Spannocchia, a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You will receipt an official gift acknowledgement upon completion of the program.
