This immersive retreat is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, practices and a supportive network needed to address the challenges of collective trauma and promote community well-being. Join us on this learning journey as we explore the interplay between cultural identities, collective healing, and trauma-informed renewal. Through workshops, discussions, and a variety of creative practices, you’ll gain insights into collective trauma and learn practical strategies for resilience, intercultural compassion, and building bridges for belonging.


Engaging Workshops: Experience personal growth and community empowerment through workshops led by experts in Personal Leadership, Collective Trauma Healing, Intercultural Communication, and Community Building. These sessions are curated to enrich both individuals and communities, inspiring positive change.

Building Networks of Bridgebuilders: Discover the importance of connecting with like-minded individuals and fostering mutual intention and collective healing action. Explore creative strategies for building networks that promote community resilience and well-being.

Interactive Sessions: Engage in experiential sessions focusing on innovative approaches to healing, such as stillness, the arts, and nature-based practices.

Intercultural Resilience Exchange: Gain insights into how cultural exchange informs collective healing, empowering us to navigate new directions together.

Nature-Based Healing: Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Tuscan landscape, allowing nature to guide your personal reflection and rejuvenation.

Organic Farm-to-Table Dining: Enjoy delicious, locally sourced meals prepared with care by the Spannocchia farm’s culinary team, fostering both physical and emotional nourishment.
Each day will allow time for personal reflection and engagement with the natural surroundings.

The prices cover the whole retreat experience, including all three meals (while on campus), plus lodging, transportation to and from Florence Airport and one afternoon trip to Sienna. Prices vary based on single or double occupancy. Single occupancy is limited.
