Program Information & Payment

ROOMING & PRICING INFORMATION: Accommodation will be in a single room with private bath (en suite or external). The program fee is €1445, paid in USD based on the current exchange rate. In addition, all participants are required to become members of Friends of Spannocchia at the $30 student rate (tax-deductible donation).
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Full payment is due at registration. Please note that $150 is non-refundable at any time after registration. Before 45 days in advance of trip (March 19, 2026), the remaining balance is refundable. Within 45 days of the trip, all fees are non-refundable. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
