Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from package delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable goods such as olive oil cannot be returned. Gift cards can also not be returned, and all shipping fees are nonrefundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges/Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please email us at and we can help make it right. 


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, less shipping fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. We then recommend you contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 10531, Portland, ME 04104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your personal data will be used only to process your order and support your experience throughout our website. By placing an order, your email address will be enrolled on our mailing list; you may unsubscribe at any time. We will never sell or share your personal information.
